ROFUS er det danske register for frivillig udelukkelse, og alle casinoer med dansk licens er forpligtet til at tjekke det. Et casino uden ROFUS har ingen dansk licens, og derfor tjekker siden ikke registret. De k\u00f8rer i stedet p\u00e5 tilladelser fra Malta, Cura\u00e7ao eller Anjouan – hver med deres egne regler, klageveje og kontrolniveau. Det vigtigste at forst\u00e5 er, at selve det at spille ikke er strafbart for dig som privatperson. Det er selskabet, der mangler den danske tilladelse, ikke dig. Til geng\u00e6ld mister du al dansk forbrugerbeskyttelse, og Spillemyndigheden kan ikke hj\u00e6lpe dig, hvis noget g\u00e5r galt. Du st\u00e5r med sagen selv, over for en udbyder i udlandet.<\/p>\n
